Drop in

During our opening hours you can drop in to either of our offices and if an adviser is available they will see you straight away. We tend to be quieter first thing in the morning. Depending on which adviser is on duty, you may not meet an adviser who is a specialist in what you are enquiring about. The duty adviser will assess your issue, advise where they can and make you a specialist appointment if necessary. All of our advisers are able to offer advice on a wide range of issues.

Drop in advice appointments are 15-20 minutes long. You are welcome to wait if there is a queue or come back later if we are too busy.

Appointments

Sometimes you will be asked to book an appointment if you need more detailed or complex advice. You can also ask for an appointment if you are unable to use the Drop in.
