Physics Peer Mentoring Scheme (PPMS) is a student run peer support scheme for pre-honours (years 1 & 2) students taking any courses from the School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Edinburgh. Students can opt to work with a mentor on either a one-off or a regular basis. Mentors are students from years 2-5 who have taken courses offered by the School of Physics and Astronomy in previous years. They provide help to understand the material in those courses and build a firm base of knowledge, along with giving advice on course choices, study techniques and life on campus.

Mentors will also be active on the Facebook and Yammer (available through Office 365) pages.
