Our workshops offer members the opportunity to explore more unique and different styles of yoga, outside that of our weekly timetable. Different yogis come in and share their knowledge and practices. This can range from both balances to meditation, through to form adjustment sessions and specific muscle groups (eg. hip-opening, core, back).
Our upcoming workshop will take place on Tuesday the 24th of November between 6-7.30pm. Clara Pelica will guide our members through "Finding Centre in Times of Uncertainty: A Restorative Yoga Workshop".
