The Language and Education Society welcomes:

Anyone who is interested in language and education-related topics/ language research/ or networking!

• Workshops & seminars for your academic development (critical reading/writing, career development, etc.)
• Networking with other Masters students, PhD students, and alumni
• A safe space for students to practise academic presentations, teaching, or whatever you feel you need!
• Periodic talks and seminars by researchers from the University of Edinburgh and beyond
• Walks and hikes in and around Edinburgh
• Monthly social events in all forms – movie, potluck, coffee and tea/meeting other PGR students and staff, or you suggest!
