Monday 1st March
17.00-17.50 Hatha Flow with Niamh Hart. */** A gentle, beginner-friendly class with a focus on mindful movement and breath.
18.00-18.50 Freedom Flow with Elspeth Gower. **/*** Connect to your inner sense of freedom, a style that encourages you to find your own movement. More suited to those who have some level of yoga experience.
Tuesday 2nd March
09.00-09.50 Functional Movement with Angus Knott. ** An energising, strengthening class that takes an anatomical approach. A fun and original practice.
Wednesday 3rd March
18.00-18.50 Yin Yang with Peach. ** A class that pairs yin (relaxing into poses for longer, allowing for deep movement in the fascia) with yang (dynamic, heat-building movement).
Thursday 4th March
17.00-17.50 Hatha Flow with Dawn Findley. ** A general flow that will calm, encompassing breathing, movement and meditiation.
18.00-18.50 Vinyasa Flow with Melanie Kaye. **/*** Mobility exercises and complexity are layered throughout this strong , rhythmic practice.
Friday 5th March
09.00-09.50 Body Connection with Isobel Spence. ** Engage your mind, body and breath in an active flow that will build strength and flexibility.
Sunday 7th March
17.00-17.50 Vinyasa Flow with Torzi Robinson. ** A classic practice following one-breath-one movement flow.
