Customers under the age of 18

Young persons (16 & 17yrs) are permitted entry provided that they are a student and subject to the entry conditions above.  Young persons are permitted entry to the premises at all times but must not be at or immediately adjacent to the bar when it is being used for the sale of alcohol.

Stamp

The entry/exit stamp will be changed part way throughout the evening to prevent those who are not in the venue yet say they are returning from counting against the capacity, therefore leaving people to queue unnecessarily. Currently this time is 11pm, customers that have been permitted entry before this time and since left are required to arrive back at the door before this time to regain entry. Customers that arrive later than this are required to join the back of the queue and go through the box office again – though they are not required to pay entry again.

Pre-Sale Tickets

We currently sell up to 200 pre-sale tickets for the Big Cheese. There are additionally 50 ‘Big Kahuna’ tickets which gain entry as well as a drink and nacho voucher valid on the night. These 250 tickets in total allow entry up until midnight from the Chaplaincy Entrance only. After this time, they are required to join the back of main queue where they will need to pass through Box Office again but will not need to pay.
