Paws Against Stress – Therapets

Tue 09 May 2017 13:30-15:30

Dining Room, Teviot Row House

Free Ticketed Event (tickets released here 2 days before event. As these sessions are extremely popular students are restricted to one ticket per person and are only able to book a ticket for one time slot.)

The Student Counselling Service, Canine Concern Scotland Trust and Edinburgh University Students' Association invite you to take a break from your books and join us for this stress-relieving event.

The psychological and physiological benefits of human-animal bonding has long been recognized, and research continually re-affirms that the mere act of stroking a dog (or a cat) can positively support mental health and wellbeing.

Join us, your fellow students, human volunteers and the Therapets for a 15-minute session that is sure to help ease the revision ruffness!

Therapet is an initiative organised by the Canine Concern Scotland Trust.
