Free Ticketed Event (tickets released here 2 days before event. As these sessions are extremely popular students are restricted to one ticket per person and are only able to book a ticket for one time slot.)
The Student Counselling Service, Canine Concern Scotland Trust and Edinburgh University Students' Association invite you to take a break from your books and join us for this stress-relieving event.
The psychological and physiological benefits of human-animal bonding has long been recognized, and research continually re-affirms that the mere act of stroking a dog (or a cat) can positively support mental health and wellbeing.
Join us, your fellow students, human volunteers and the Therapets for a 15-minute session that is sure to help ease the revision ruffness!
Therapet is an initiative organised by the Canine Concern Scotland Trust.
One ticket per student.
Tickets are free.
Doors open at 1.30pm.
This event is open to all students of the University of Edinburgh.
Tickets will be released two days before the event, so check back here for details.
Extra tickets will be released on the day of the event from 1pm onwards, so pop along to the Dining Room to get one.
