After a sell out success last year, we invite you to join us for our second Chemical Engineering Society Ball.

A three-course sit down dinner and wine will be provided, followed by an amazing ceilidh, with our photographer, Andrew Perry, capturing every moment!

Menus are as follows:

Standard:
Starter: Scottish Smoked Salmon & Caper Butter Terrine, Seasonal Mixed Leaves and Tomato Dressing
Main: Chicken ‘Coq au Vin’, Bacon, Button Mushrooms, Shallots & Buttery Mash
Dessert: Baked Orange & White Chocolate Cheese Cake

Vegetarian:
Starter: Tomato Soup with Herb Oil
Main: Chickpea, Artichoke, Chilli & Lemon Filo Parcel, Braised Red Cabbage and Butternut Square Puree
Dessert: Baked Orange & White Chocolate Cheese Cake

Additional dietary requirements will be catered for.

Dress Code: Black Tie (kilts encouraged)

Cost: £50 for Members (available first)
£55 for Non-Members
£60 Staff

No physical ticket will be issued but your name will be added to the guest list.

In classic ChemEng style, we welcome anyone who wishes to attend: including both members and non-members of any of the Engineering Societies and both engineering and non-engineering undergraduate and post-graduate students throughout the University.
