Feeling anxious? You’re not alone as we find ourselves in the midst of uncertain and stressful times. These stressors can upset the balance of our nervous system and leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious. In this 90 min class lead by Yoga and Meditation teacher Clara Pelica, you will learn simple meditation and breathing techniques as well as some Restorative yoga poses that you can do whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed. These practices offer a way to find centre and restore a sense of balance and ease. Some props to have on hand, 2 towels, 2 pillows 2 blocks or equal size books, something light to cover your eyes and something warm to cover yourself with, a cosy blanket works wonders. You can use everyday items that are comfortable and supportive.
