This event is hosted by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Society, in collaboration with Edinburgh Health and Fitness.


Kuda Tapatapa will deliver a talk on exercise and how it relates to mental health. The talk will focus on how different exercises are beneficial for different conditions such as depression, anxiety and panic disorder.


Kuda will also be covering issues related to exercise addiction, body image, things to be aware of for exercise when someone is also taking antidepressants. He will also discuss how to set up different goals and targets in a manageable and safe way.
