Discussions around climate change are all over the news, feeding into feelings of distress and anxiety for many of us. Meditation is a great way to help manage those feelings and calm your mind at stressful times. Join the Buddhist Society who will be running multiple meditation sessions throughout the day, all while learning more about climate change and how daily actions can have a big impact.
