Sustain.ED Meditation for Climate Anxiety

Discussions around climate change are all over the news, feeding into feelings of distress and anxiety for many of us. Meditation is a great way to help manage those feelings and calm your mind at stressful times. Join the Buddhist Society who will be running multiple meditation sessions throughout the day, all while learning more about climate change and how daily actions can have a big impact.

 

Sessions will run for 15 minutes each at:

  • 3.30pm
  • 4.30pm
  • 5.30pm

 

Sustain.ED, the Students' Association's annual sustainability festival, will take place on Tuesday 22 October 2019, with a day of events and activities focusing on reuse and reducing single use plastic. See more events you may be interested in here.
