Throughout Mental Health and Wellbeing Week, we're bringing our FREE yoga sessions to various campuses across the University!
If you're struggling with the pressure of your studies, or other responsibilities, then why not hit the mat and give yoga a try, for some well-earned rest and recuperation? Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation which can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate.
The sessions are completely FREE, and open to all students at the University of Edinburgh, so what are you waiting for?
