Judo, a Japanese grappling martial art focusing on maximum efficiency and minimal effort.
In this session we'll give an introduction to all things judo, everything from break-falls and throws, to hold downs and escapes.
The session will have a good balance between fitness and technical learning, perfect for all abilities and fitness levels.
Please wear sports wear. Leggings or tracksuit trouser and a sports top are fine, we will lend you gis for the session.
