Welcome the new academic year and evolve the mind with Kirtan meditation, or "yoga of sound", the most effective way of relieving stress and making space for fresh beginnings. Coming from the Bhakti tradition, Kirtan is a form of chanting as a group, accompanied by traditional Indian instruments such as harmonium and mrdanga drum. We will sing, chant, dance, clap and at the end indulge in some vegan snacks!
