A School representative is a vital role, which doesn’t just require passion but requires experience in order to provide the best standard of education and support for students.

As a National Award winner and a former youth Member of the UK Parliament for Leeds, I represented over 180,000 young people of Leeds locally, regionally and nationally in the UK Parliament. This role gave me great experience about representing the views of thousands of young people regardless of the difference in their political view, race, religion or background. I have raised issues of my constituents in the Parliament, nationally from Scotland to England to Wales and on many platforms internationally. Furthermore, I have been the elected school representative at my previous university, where one of my successful campaigns was to get the university to refund students for the teaching they missed due to UCU strikes.

I am a very confident and outspoken individual. I have won the international Declamation contest against Harvard University students, London School of Economics and many other prestigious universities from across the Globe and got OUR COUNTRY and OUR Institution, 3rd place.

Something I am very passionate about currently is ensuring that the best quality of education is given to students and getting in a dialogue with the university to issue partial refunds to students from their Student Tuition Fee due to the lack off or NO physical teaching this year.

I as a student, have already started working on these issues and have spoken to the senior leadership of OUR COUNTRY. I have met with some of the senior ministers in our cabinet, including the Lord Chancellor, Robert Buckland QC,MP and the Prime Minister Boris Johnson MP. I have organised to meet with the Home Secretay and the Minister for Universities in the near future to carry on working on this important campaign.

I pledge to do the same if I’m elected as your representative. I promise to work with the course reps, staff, student association and most importantly listen to YOUR concerns. I promise that I will use every platform and opportunity I get to represent your voice, in order to achieve a positive result. I without a doubt will be the best representative who will ensure that our school's voice and your voice is heard, so we have the highest standard of university education.

Vote for me because

“A vote for me is a vote for your success!”
