Our opening times are below. You can get in touch during these times via email or phone to speak with an advisor or make an online, telephone or in-person appointment at our Potterrow office. (Please note we cannot currently accommodate drop-ins at the Potterrow office and the King's Buildings Office is currently closed.) You can contact us anonymously if you wish, although this may limit the advice we can give you. If you do not have a safe space in which you can talk to us remotely, please email us and we can arrange for you to come into our office.
