The Clarinet Choir

Check out our new (fancier) website here

Edinburgh University Clarinet Choir is a unique society for any clarinet players interested in playing together in a smaller, clarinet-focused group.

  • Anyone with a clarinet is welcome to come along, play and have fun! We are particularly interested in bass clarinet players.
  • There are no auditions and we have no minimum standard!
  • Our musical repertoire spans genres from pop music to classical via TV themes!
  • We rehearse every Thursday, 19:45-22:00, in the Torridon Room in Pleasance - and then head to one of the nearby bars for drinks afterwards.
  • We busk regularly and put on two concerts each year. We have also performed at various community events including the Christmas Light Night ceremony, the Meadows Marathon and for the National Trust for Scotland as well as some community outreach projects.

So why not come and join us? We look forward to seeing you at our next rehearsal.

Remember - Be there or B flat!
