Welcome to Edinburgh’s very own University knitting society! We are one of the fastest growing societies at Edinburgh, riding high on the crest of the recent renewed interest in knitting. A super friendly society, we meet weekly to knit and chat. A lack of knitting skill need be no barrier- so pop along, and any one of our skilful knitters will be on hand to teach and encourage. Those more experienced will find a place where they can share and develop their knowledge. This year we are going to start holding the occasional workshop to help keep you motivated and make sure you don't get stuck in any patch knitting rutts!
So if Knitsoc sounds like the society for you we'd love to see you at our weekly meetings (Mondays at 6.30pm, Jazz Lounge in Teviot). You can also join our mailing list (email@example.com), so that we can keep you updated on the various events we have throughout this year!
