We’ll be contacting you with details of how to get involved in events as soon as they’re finalised, so keep an eye on your inbox, the facebook group and the EUSA website!

If you don’t think you’re getting the right emails, contact the Societies Team using this contact form to make sure your details are up to date. 

We’ve also set up a Facebook group to make sure your whole society committee is can stay up-to-date with deadlines and events. Encourage your committee to sign up to make sure you're all informed of upcoming deadlines!

Upcoming dates for 2010:

Societies' (Freshers) Fair Bookings

You can still book a stall for Societies' Fair in Freshers' Week  Either download the form from this website or complete one in the EUSA office at Potterrow.  The cost is £5 per day.  The Fair will be on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 September at the Pleasance.  The deadline for booking stalls will be 28 May.

 Re-registration for 2010-11 - Deadline for return of the re-registration form is 28 May  If your AGM is after then please let Anne Elder in Potterrow know when it is.  This is to ensure we have up to date contact details of the new office-bearers before the summer vacation.  The re-registration form is in the download section or you can collect a paper one from this office at Potterrow.  You can also complete it online at 'society forms' at the bottom of the societies front  page of the website.
