Serious business this week amongst all the sunshine and uni work you must make sure you set your society up and apply to re-register with EUSA by 5pm on Friday 30th March.
Once your society is successfully re-registered details of Societies Fair Booking and EUSA Room Bookings will be released.
If you are getting this email and you have just stepped down from your committee position and there are new people in place you MUST handover admin rigths on the society profile in order that the new committee receive these emails.
Please read the minimum requirements and ensure you fulfil them before apply to re-register online, your form will NOT be accepted if you have not completed these requirements.

Your society will be unable to book rooms or book a society fair stall until re-registration is complete. All societies MUST re-register annually.

In order for our 275 societies to be adequately supported, your societies team needs good communication with your society committee.
Plan time now to have a supported handover.
Please make sure everyone is aware of the following:
By 30th March your society must:

have handed over to a new committee

completed the re-registration form

have fulfilled the Minimum requirements

Your re-registration applicaiton will be reviewed by the society team and you will be contacted if more information is needed.
