Who Will I Speak To?

What will happen when I come in?

Many students just drop in with enquiries.

You will be greeted by whoever is on the front desk: this may be a member of staff or a fully-trained volunteer.

They will try their best to answer your enquiry and will happily take you to a private space if you would like one.

If they are unable to answer your question, they may (with your permission) ask for help from other staff.

If the person on the front desk is already with a student, then any other member of staff in the office who is available will greet you and try to help. If we can stop what we are doing to help you straight away, we will.

We offer professional, free, impartial and confidential advice to all students.

Please feel free to Contact us.
