I have a fully furnished double room available in a three bedroom, non-smoking flat. The flat has a spacious kitchen, wired and wireless Internet, and is well insulated (warm in the winter cool in the summer). It is located 15 minutes walk from Kings Buildings Campus and Cameron Toll Shopping centre, in a quiet residential area (EH16 6AU). It has a secure, indoor bike lockup and is a minutes walk from a bus link to the city centre. I am the only permanent occupant, and also the letting agent. The other resident is an Indian girl. We are both students and out a good deal of the time.

I ran for summer without arranging anywhere to live - suddenly, I seem to be the only person I know without a room for the year! I'm a laid-back guy going into 2nd year of sociology and social anthropology. I’m relaxed, easy-going and generally easy to get along with - clean, tidy and respectful of people’s space. Love music, travelling and epic journeys at 3am! Ideally, I’d like flatmates (2+) at similar ages and stages of their studies that will do their fair share around the flat.

I'm looking for a flatmate for a double room in a 2 bedroom flat. The bedroom is warm and south facing, so gets a lot of light, the flat also has a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, bathroom and nicely sized sitting room along with plenty of storage space. I am quiet, tidy and friendly and in the second year of a PhD, ideally, I would I would hope for someone similar. The flat is in sienna gardens and it is excellent for getting to George Square and good for King's Buildings. The rent is £312.50 a month excluding bills and the room is available from the middle of August onwards.

We are a friendly, sociable group of 3 girls and 1 boy, seeking a new flatmate to move into our large 5 bedroom flat on the meadows. Rent is £320 per month, excluding bills.
